Gamelan is known as one of the cultural heritage that has value, role and its own position in the cultural treasure of the archipelago. Bentara Budaya Bali held a gamelan art appreciation agenda in collaboration with Gamelan Sekaa Gita Asmara-Kanada (director I Wayan Sudirana , Ph.D ), Gamelan Taniwha Jaya New Zealand School of Music ( the direction of Jack Body ), Sekaa Gamelan Salukat (landing Dewa Alit ) and Werdi Swaram ( landing Gde Yudane ). No less than eight compositions will be presented by four gamelan group consisting of Gamelan Taniwha Jaya ( Wellington , New Zealand ), Gamelan Gita Asmara ( Vancouver, Canada ), Gamelan Wrdhi Swaram ( Denpasar, Bali ) and Gamelan Salukat ( Ubud , Bali ).
